Please note that all deliveries are subject to a minimum $15 fee which may be increased based on the location or mileage of the required delivery address. All shipped orders are subject to a $15 packaging and handling fee, and may be increased dependent upon total shipping cost for the delivery. Accepting U.S. orders only at this time.
